Our mission statement is ‘Building Bridges of Hope with the Living Christ’.

We worship: Holy Eucharist with Healing Prayers on most Thursday mornings
services of Holy Eucharist at 8 am and 10:15 am on Sundays
Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday services
in the beautiful countryside around us during Hikers’ Masses.

We try to build bridges with other Christian communities and other faith communities, coming together for Community Thanksgiving services.

We offer Kids’ Time for younger children and Youth Group/confirmation class for our teenagers.
We bring carol singers to local residential homes at Christmas time – now serving 3 retirement communities.
We run a monthly worship service at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Boonton Township.
The Rector celebrates Holy Communion at the Cedar Crest retirement community once a month and at Franciscan Oaks in Denville twice a year.

We bring a meal to the St. Paul’s shelter for homeless men in Paterson every two months. We have run the extremely successful Brake the Hunger Cycle Tour, raising funds for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and for clean water sources overseas.

St. David’s is a member of the Diocesan mission to “Go local and find God in our neighborhood.”
