After a 3-year hiatus, this fun event is back for it’s 4th smash year! TOTG will be a “Cheesy Affair”.
What to expect: 5 courses – each prepared on the grill from salad to dessert, and each paired with a different beer to compliment and enhance the flavors of the food.
– Assorted cheeses and charcuterie
– Grilled Halloumi and charred tomatoes with crostini
– Grilled wedge salad skewers
– Pear grilled cheese sandwiches with cucumber gazpacho
– Grilled tri-tip with goat cheese butter and grilled broccoli (there will be grilled chicken for those who don’t eat red meat)
– Deconstructed cannoli cheesecake with grilled oranges
